What if I have three weeks vacation planned?

We understand that summer is a time for vacations. We expect that most of our employees will take time off for vacation during the summer. If you plan on taking MORE than 15 days of vacation during the summer, it must be communicated in writing to the office prior to the beginning of the season. This will allow enough notice to make adjustments with scheduling. If you are taking LESS than 15 days of vacation this should be communicated during your initial meeting with HR and to you pool manager in writing at the beginning of the season.
